currently I use SMTP server address which is given my Internet Service Provider.
Unfortunately it is not stable, I think.

Can I make my system a mail server with coldfusion?

Joon, Just a tip to help you get better responses. Don't post your question multiple times. If you post an update in your original thread, it will go back to the top of the forum. That way if you add info to your problem people can track your progress and better help you.

Just a thought.
